Cancellation Policy:
You may request to cancel your ticket for a full refund, up to 72 hours before the date and time of your event by e-mailing bethany@beenanzadesign.com. Tickets are always transferrable, e-mail bethany@beenanzadesign.com with name & contact information of the person who purchased your ticket. Cancellation requests made within 72 hours of the class will receive a 50% refund on the cost of the ticket.

Postponement Policy:
In the unlikely event I am unable to host your workshop - I will communicate this as soon as possible with a new proposed date & time. If you are unable to attend the new date/time I will refund 100% of your ticket price.
